VP, People Operations

For our client, we are seeking a VP, People Operations to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This leader will shape the global people services strategy, HR technology roadmap, and people analytics function to better serve a complex, international workforce. The role will drive continuous improvement across service delivery, governance, and transformation initiatives while partnering closely with executive leadership and external vendors. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence scalable HR operations, data-driven decision-making, and the employee experience across the organization.

Location: Watsonville, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for global People Services and HR Technology
• Lead the global people services model and continuous improvement initiatives
• Own HR technology strategy and manage system enhancements
• Oversee People Analytics, ensuring actionable insights for leaders
• Establish governance for project execution and vendor management

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR operations and people analytics, with global transformation experience
• 8+ years leading teams and managing external partners
• Expertise in Workday and HR service delivery platforms; familiarity with AI solutions preferred
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive leadership
• Experience in designing global processes and service models
