To lead and scale payroll services across the US and UK, the remote full-time VP Payroll Services & Operations will define strategy, improve operational excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction while managing revenue and P&L responsibilities. Key responsibilities Define and lead the strategy for Payroll Services & Operations across the US and UK Build and scale a repeatable US payroll services model to drive market penetration Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency Required qualifications Strong US payroll experience is required At least 5 years of leadership experience in payroll services or operations within a B2B SaaS environment Proven experience in scaling payroll services in a high-growth business Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing revenue and P&L Innovative mindset with experience in leveraging AI and automation for operational improvements
