We’re looking for a high-performance operator and builder who can turn daily excellence into global scale — a leader who thrives on growth, accountability, and purpose.

The Role

You’ll lead operations, training, and franchise support to achieve 20% EBITDA , Prime Cost <50% , and a culture of Operational Excellence.

You’ll launch the Republic Training Academy , certify every team member as a Champion , and build high-performing, motivated store and management teams.

This is a hands‑on leadership role — part coach, part strategist, part entrepreneur.

Key Priorities

• Achieve and sustain 20% EBITDA and Prime Cost under 50% system‑wide.
• Build and scale the Gyro Republic Operating System (GROS) — playbooks, KPIs, and accountability rhythms.
• Launch a certification and development program for all team members.
• Lead side‑by‑side with store teams to model excellence and hospitality.
• Strengthen team building, communication, and leadership development.
• Drive world‑class franchise operations and field training systems.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in multi‑unit QSR / fast‑casual operations.
• Proven success improving profitability and scaling teams.
• Strong grasp of P&L, labor, food cost, and performance management.
• Inspiring, hands‑on leader who leads through action.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you build, innovate, and execute relentlessly.

Compensation

$60K–$90K base + performance‑based phantom equity tied to KPIs.
