Responsibilities
- Serve as Ando’s AI/ML visionary
- Direct the applied ML & data platform end-to-end
- Own and design an AI-native product architecture
- Oversee all engineering and product‑engineering functions
- Set the technical vision and turn it into an executable roadmap
- Build an engineering operating system that scales
- Raise the bar on reliability, security, and privacy for enterprise scale
- Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing org across multiple engineering disciplines
- Be the CEO’s partner on strategy and platform bets
- Represent Ando externally as the company’s senior technical voice
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology and engineering leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML and data systems
- Strong technical vision and execution capabilities
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills
- Experience scaling engineering organizations
