VP of Product Operations

Owning the strategy and delivery of the immigration case management platform, the hybrid VP of Product Operations will manage product strategy, operations processes, and cross-functional leadership while working remotely or onsite in Chicago. Key responsibilities Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the core platform, ensuring alignment with long-term scalability and technical direction Design and implement product operations processes, including planning cadences and governance forums, to enhance efficiency and transparency Translate customer requirements into actionable product strategies while managing and mentoring a cross-functional team of product managers Required qualifications 12+ years in product management, with experience in a senior or VP-level leadership role Proven track record in platform product management and product operations within a matrixed organization Experience with SaaS platforms in regulated domains such as legal tech or HR tech is preferred Strong analytical skills for defining success metrics and utilizing data for decision-making Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
