• Lead Distru's product department and shape the AI product suite in a dynamic, headless-first direction.
• Work directly with the executive team to navigate Product-Market Fit in the new AI era.

• Own the product roadmap, hiring pipeline, and operating cadence with engineering.
• Build foundational AI features like unified data layers, agent builders, and MCP integrations.
