VP of Preclinical & CAR-T Development

i-Pharm Consulting is partnering with a leading cell therapy biotech to hire a VP/Executive Director, Head of Preclinical Development. This role will drive global preclinical strategy across an expanding oncology pipeline, leading programs from nomination through IND submission.

The successful candidate will lead global teams, oversee in vitro/in vivo pharmacology and nonclinical development, and manage regulatory interactions to enable rapid IND submissions.
