VP of Operations | Medical Device StartupA venture-backed medical device company developing innovative surgical technology is seeking a VP of Operations to build and scale manufacturing from the ground up.This executive will lead the transition from development to commercialization, establishing manufacturing infrastructure, supply chain strategy, quality systems, and operational processes capable of supporting significant production growth.Key Requirements:• Medical device operations/manufacturing experience• Prior VP-level leadership in a venture-backed or high-growth medical device company• Proven success building in-house manufacturing capabilities• Experience scaling production from early-stage builds to commercial volumes• Strong knowledge of Class II medical devices, ISO 13485, and FDA quality requirementsThis is an opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing medical device company and bringing a novel technology to market.
