VP Of IT

We’re Hiring: Vice President of IT-ON SITE

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of IT to lead technology strategy, IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and AI initiatives for a growing organization.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a technology executive who can align IT strategy with business objectives while building scalable, secure, and innovative technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s overall IT strategy and technology roadmap
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Develop and implement AI strategy and identify opportunities to leverage AI across the organization
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools, platforms, and automation to improve business efficiency
• Lead digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT team
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goalsOversee IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology investments
• Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Establish IT policies, processes, governance, and technology best practices
• Lead major technology projects and organizational change
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications:

• Proven senior-level IT leadership experience
• Experience leading IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and operations
• Demonstrated experience implementing, managing, or strategically utilizing AI technologies
• Understanding of AI tools, automation, machine learning, generative AI, and emerging technology trends
• Experience identifying practical AI use cases and driving adoption across an organization
• Strong experience managing and developing IT teams
• Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when necessary
• Experience in a growing, complex, or fast-paced organization preferred
