The Role
As Global VP/Head of Customer Success, you will lead the global Customer Success organisation, driving customer retention, revenue growth and operational excellence across the business.
- Lead Customer Success teams across North America and EMEA
- Own global customer retention, expansion and Net Revenue Retention
- Build a proactive, consultative Customer Success function
- Develop scalable customer success processes and playbooks
- Partner with Sales, Product and Operations to drive customer growthCoach and develop high performing Customer Success leaders
- Hybrid working from San Francisco, New York or London
Desired Skills & Requirements
- 10+ years’ Customer Success leadership experience within AdTech
- Strong experience within the mobile advertising and programmatic ecosystem is essential
- Proven track record leading global Customer Success or Account Management teams
- Experience driving customer retention and revenue growth
- Strong commercial and leadership skills
- Experience building and scaling high performing teams
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment
