VP of Finance & Controller - Strategy, Tax & M&A

Designs for Health, Inc. is seeking a Vice President & Controller to oversee accounting, tax, and financial reporting across the organization. You will partner with the CFO, lead the accounting team, and drive process improvements for scalable growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating with external auditors, managing tax compliance, and guiding structuring and post-merger integration activities in a remote-capable US organization. A CPA and extensive experience are required.
