Responsibilities

• Overseedailyoperations,strategicplanning,projectfinancials,andoverallperformanceoftheCommercialElectricalDivision
• Provideexecutive-levelleadershipandguidancetoateamofelectricalmanagers,estimators,andprojectengineers
• Plan,execute,andensurecompletionofelectricalprojectsontime,withinscope,andwithinbudget
• Maintainhighstandardsofquality,safety,andregulatorycomplianceacrossallprojectactivities
• Developandimplementstrategiesthatalignwithcompanygoalsanddrivedivisionalgrowth
• Identifyandpursueopportunitiesforbusinessdevelopmentandmarketexpansionwithinthecommercialelectricalsector
• Buildandsustainstrongrelationshipswithclients,subcontractors,vendors,andindustrypartners
• Monitorandmanagedepartmentalbudgets,forecastcosts,andensurefinancialtargetsareachieved
• Supportteamdevelopmentthroughmentoring,training,andperformancemanagement
• Enforcesafetybestpracticesandensureadherencetoindustrystandardsandcompanypolicies
• Serveasakeypointofcontactforclientcommunications,projectupdates,andconflictresolution
• Driveoperationalimprovementsthroughprocessenhancementsandadoptionofnewtechnologies
• Reportondivisionalperformance,projectstatus,andfinancialmetricstoexecutiveleadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegreeinElectricalEngineering,ConstructionManagement,orrelatedfield
• 7–10yearsofexperienceinelectricalengineeringorprojectmanagementwithinindustrial/constructionsectors
• Minimum5+yearsinaleadershiporexecutive-levelrole
• In-depthknowledgeofcommercialandindustrialelectricalsystems,methods,technologies,andequipment
• Strongunderstandingofelectricalcodes,industrystandards,andprojectprocesses
• Experiencemanagingmultipleconcurrentelectricalprojects
• Provenleadershipandpeoplemanagementskills
• Strongbusinessacumenwiththeabilitytodrivegrowthinitiatives
• ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,Outlook,Project)
• AbilitytointerpretandworkwithcontractdocumentsandP&IDdrawings
