Project Access seeks a Vice President of Development to drive national fundraising growth and hit a $1.8M annual target within a $13M operating model. You will partner with the CEO to expand corporate giving, grants, individual gifts, and events, while building a major gifts program and a donor roadmap for sustainable revenue.
You will lead a four-person team, shape a scalable revenue infrastructure, and strengthen the organization’s brand across 17 states with a data-driven, strategic approach.
