VP of Corporate Development: Energy Infrastructure & Financing

TAR develops, builds, owns, and operates fully islanded solar and storage campuses that deliver firm power to AI data centers. As VP of Corporate Development, you own the capital and commercial transactions that finance, contract, and build each campus. You raise project equity and debt, negotiate offtake, structure joint ventures and M&A, and form entities with founders.

This head-of-function role is based in Austin, San Francisco, or New York, with travel to counterparties as deals require.
