You will head a team of Regional Directors, drive growth, and partner with the COO on strategy and standards. This is a builder’s role focused on tightening, scaling, and raising the bar across regions.
You will be measured on patient retention, TMS conversion, staffing health, provider satisfaction, and rapid new-site ramp. Expect ~50% travel and in-office work in Atlanta or Phoenix.
