Key Responsibilities For The VP Of Accounting

• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow management across multiple entities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
• Drive accounting system upgrades, process automation, and finance transformation projects
• Manage payroll oversight and related financial operations
• Consolidate financial data and deliver executive-level reporting and analysis
• Mentor and lead the accounting team while partnering with ownership on key business decisions

Qualifications For The VP Of Accounting

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting leadership experience
• Proven experience with finance automation, ERP implementations, or accounting system conversions
• Strong background managing multi-entity financial operations and reporting
