A leading fintech company is seeking a senior commercial leader to oversee a team of Enterprise Account Managers responsible for revenue growth, client retention, and strategic expansion across a portfolio of large financial services clients. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who excels at driving upsell and cross-sell revenue within existing enterprise relationships while developing a high-performing team. The role focuses on deepening partnerships with banks, broker-dealers, RIAs, wealth management firms, and other financial institutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales or account management leadership experience within financial services, wealth technology, or fintech.
  • Demonstrated success managing and closing complex enterprise expansion, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities with deal values exceeding $500K+.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, CROs, Heads of Wealth Management, and Digital Banking leaders.
  • Experience selling wealth management, advisor technology, digital banking, client onboarding, financial planning, portfolio management, data, compliance, or related fintech solutions.
  • Proven use of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies in complex enterprise sales environments.
