Responsibilities
- Leads a team of Senior Directors responsible for a $20M+ event fundraising portfolio across multiple markets
- Drives revenue growth by ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
- Develops and leads a team of Senior Directors, building leadership capability
- Drives adoption of enterprise strategies, tools, and best practices across markets
- Partners with enterprise and market leadership to align priorities
- Builds and maintains executive-level relationships with key donors and corporate partners
- Oversees financial performance and resource allocation
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 10+ years of experience leading multimillion-dollar fundraising initiatives
- Minimum of 5+ years of people‑management experience
- Demonstrated experience working with, leading, and developing leadership volunteers
- Proven ability to lead large, multi‑market fundraising portfolios and teams of leaders
- Advanced strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance local market needs and organizational priorities
- Advanced financial acumen and portfolio management expertise
