Century Group is seeking an In-House Counsel to handle both Litigation and Contracts for a prominent financial services firm in Los Angeles!
This position offers excellent benefits such as no billable hour requirement, a very hybrid schedule (4 days in office per month), 3 weeks of PTO, a great culture, and the opportunity to handle both contracts and a variety of litigation matters!
Requirements:
- 5 -7+ years of experience in financial services litigation. FINRA exposure and/or experience is a plus!
- The ability to handle your own cases from start to finish
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in drafting/reviewing/negotiating contracts (vendor, commercial, 3rd party agreements)
- Excellent academic credentials, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and a license to practice law in California
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Expected starting base salary $190,000 to $225,000 + discretionary bonus per year.
