Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize IT operations across multiple manufacturing, distribution, and corporate locations.
- Oversee enterprise applications, ERP systems, business software, infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, end-user computing, websites, and system integrations.
- Ensure technology solutions effectively support business processes and operational objectives.
- Drive system enhancements, automation, reporting capabilities, and digital transformation initiatives that improve productivity and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, cybersecurity programs, disaster recovery plans, and technology governance to support compliance and business continuity.
- Manage and mentor the IT team while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on delivering business value.
- Partner with executive leadership and functional departments to identify technology needs, prioritize initiatives, and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead ERP implementation, optimization, upgrade, and support initiatives while ensuring strong user adoption and continuous improvement.
- Oversee IT vendors, software licensing, technology budgets, and third-party service providers.
- Provide hands‑on leadership for complex technical issues, major system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and strategic technology projects.
- Support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operational systems to improve efficiency, reporting, and business performance.
- Understand Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives across technology and business process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.8-12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise IT operations and leading cross‑functional technology initiatives.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and business systems.
- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects, including post-go-live support, governance, and user adoption.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, supply chain, finance, and business reporting.
- Understanding of master data management, MPS/MRP, operational reporting, and financial systems.
- Experience with business intelligence, system integrations, websites, and digital business platforms.
- Strong vendor management, project management, budgeting, and resource planning skills.
- Proven ability to improve business processes through technology, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Hands‑on technical leader with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities.
