Responsibilities
- Drive technology programs that involve cross‑organizational and strategic initiatives including AI, Infrastructure & Cloud, Security and Regulatory business initiatives in the Investment Management space.
- Align technology projects with strategic business goals.
- Drive to success scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud solutions.
- Manage conflicts with multiple stakeholders while keeping the project goals in focus.
- Lead programs that span across global development locations and understand current state challenges, course‑correct and drive to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required.
- 14+ years of IT program and project management.
- 3+ years of Cloud program experience.
- A technical background with 3 – 8 years in Python or Java as development experience a plus.
- 7+ years of managing with Global Teams.
- 5+ years of experience in data projects including relational databases or OLAP.
- Excellent knowledge on Public Cloud tech stack.
- Prior working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) or waterfall.
