Suffolk is seeking a VP of HR Tech and Operations to lead our HR platforms and processes from our Boston headquarters. This role reports to the CPO and will define the strategy, product roadmap, and governance for the full employee lifecycle, aligning HR technology with business goals.
You will build a team of product managers/analysts, modernize the tech stack, and introduce AI into HR workflows while partnering with IT, COEs, and field leaders to drive adoption and value.
