VP, Health & Wellness – Dental Growth Analytics

• Provide actionable insights into the effectiveness and impact of Health & Wellness Dental initiatives
• Serve as a subject matter expert and business consultant, translating business needs and performance trends into insights and recommendations
• Build comprehensive customized client reporting and analytic solutions for internal customers and external clients
• Support large client growth and software technology partners
• Drive open-ended analyses to optimize provider and client behavior
• Present complex analytical information to sales leadership through effective storytelling
• Lead business KPI design and measurement, improve accuracy, and recommend investment optimization opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, IT, Credit, Finance, Analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Supervise team members, drive efficiency, and optimize standard processes
• Manage projects and internal/external client stakeholders
• Support ideation, design, launch, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of analytic solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of analytics experience; OR in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 9+ years of analytics experience
• 7+ years of analytics experience
• 5 years of analytics experience establishing and managing sales and/or marketing analytics in the healthcare, financial services, credit card and/or payments industry
• 5 years leading large-scale analytics projects
• 5 years of experience utilizing database/analytics tools (SQL, SAS, Python) and digital analytics tools such as Tableau
• Strong Excel experience
• 3+ years of client-facing experience, including influencing business decisions with senior-level leaders
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of onboarding
• Must satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; employment visa sponsorship unavailable
• Desired: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, finance, business, or another quantitative field
• Desired: Health and wellness analytics or health/dental provider experience
• Preferred: Credit card industry experience
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in statistics, decision science or predictive analytics
• Strong knowledge and high proficiency in SAS, R, Python, and Tableau
• Strong project management, communications, and multitasking skills; ability to work independently under tight timelines
• Understanding of financial services industry P&L drivers and key sensitivities, with business performance reporting experience
