VP - Head of Equity Research

We're helping our client, a small buyside shop in downtown San Francisco, fill a VP Head of Investment (Equity) Research. The position would report to the founder, help to evaluate investment opportunities within the TMT sector, and serve as an "intellectual sounding board" to other leaders as they strategize new growth.

Candidates must have:

• 7-10+ years of equity research experience, specialized in the tech sector, from either investment banking or asset management
• The knowledge and skill to produce high-quality, well-researched white papers on a variety of subjects within technology.
• Ability to commute five days per week into the company's office near Embarcadero.
