Providing strategic leadership, the full-time remote VP, Group Products will drive market intelligence analysis, product strategy and development, and life-cycle management of non-medical insurance products including Disability, Absence, and Life while collaborating with senior leaders to enhance product innovation and business development. Key responsibilities Oversee new product development and ongoing management for non-medical insurance products Drive portfolio-level decision-making by integrating financial performance with customer needs Prepare business rationales and present recommendations to executives for new products and initiatives Required qualifications 12+ years of Group Benefits experience including product development and/or management 5+ years of managerial experience influencing senior management and stakeholders Proven experience in building and executing product roadmaps Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Deep knowledge of Group Protection Absence, PFML, and Statutory products
