VP, Global Accounting & AI-Driven Close

Capstone seeks a hands-on Accounting leader to own the entire accounting function. You will manage a team, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and redesign processes with AI-driven automation. This is a controller-track role with potential to grow into a Controller title as the business scales.

You will oversee US/UK close, audit relationships, GL integrity, revenue recognition, payroll, and treasury, while driving systematized workflows and robust internal controls in a lean finance organization.
