VP, Financial Reporting & SEC Filings

Goldman Sachs in New York seeks a Vice President, Financial Reporting to lead the finance/accounting group and oversee internal and external reporting, primarily SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, S-11, 8-K) under US GAAP.

This role partners with the CFO, audit committee, investor relations, and sales on due diligence, prepares quarterly and annual results, supports the audit process, and serves as an accounting research resource for non-recurring transactions.
