n• Schwab Training and Development
nTo set you up for success, you’ll complete our comprehensive training through Wealth
nManagement University, a four-week virtual experience led by live facilitators, followed by
nan immersive weeklong bootcamp to connect with peers and learn from experts.
nAfter completing Wealth Management University, your individualized development
ncontinues through hands-on training and mentorship within your branch. You’ll collaborate
nclosely with your branch manager, experienced peers, and dedicated mentors who provide
nguidance tailored to your unique background and career goals.

nWhat you have
nThe expertise you bring:
n• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
n• Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will
nbe required during your tenure on the job.
n• CFP® Certification is a plus. (If you have not obtained the CFP designation yet, we
nencourage your professional development with Tuition Reimbursement and our internal
nCFP Cohort Program)
nThe skills you bring:
n• Business Development
nProactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients, maintaining
nconsistent sales activity to grow the book of business and strengthen client relationships.
nPassion for community engagement to share and engage clients in discussion about market
nconditions, sound investing principles, and ideal wealth and long-term investment
nstrategies for their personal situation.
nDesire to provide outstanding investor experience in addition to furthering your own
nprofessional development in Wealth Management
n• Relationship Building
nAbility to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client
nrelationship by applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client
nexpectations.
nStrong candidates will also learn to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, Schwab
nadvice guidelines, your knowledge of the markets, and your ability to inspire action to help
