Our client is seeking a VP Finance/CFO to support a $100 million growing and profitable food manufacturer in Vernon area of Los Angeles. Our ideal candidate would have a food manufacturing background - however, the food experience is not a requirement. Manufacturing experience is a requirement.
You'll lead an accounting/finance team and act as a Chief Admin Officer by also taking charge of all admin level responsibilities for the firm, including human resources.
You'll have implemented cash flow forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and a wide variety of analytical modeling. You'll take a look at all our processes that touch finance and accounting and develop recommendations for improvement. You'll be a key member of the executive team driving the business forward.
