For our client, we are seeking a VP Ecosystem Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Indianapolis, IN – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $221,900 — $390,300 annually

Responsibilities

  • Define partner collaboration models and compliance standards for the AFLS SI ecosystem
  • Serve as the main contact for Partner Sales and Partner Success teams to enforce partner standards
  • Design and execute the partner enablement program to enhance SI partner capabilities
  • Track and report partner compliance metrics to senior management
  • Act as the senior escalation point for compliance failures to ensure implementation quality
  • Co-author thought leadership content on AFLS strategy with SVP and pillar leads
  • Represent the team at industry events to enhance the external presence of the organization

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner Management, Ecosystem Strategy, or Alliance Management, preferably in Enterprise Cloud or Life Sciences technology
  • Proven ability to define and enforce partner delivery standards and compliance frameworks across a global SI or ISV ecosystem
  • Experience designing and managing partner enablement programs that improve delivery quality and certification levels
  • Strong influence skills to drive accountability across Partner Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services without direct authority
  • Exceptional judgment to handle escalations regarding partner compliance issues
  • Experience in producing executive-ready reports for SVP-level and Steering Committee audiences
  • Public speaking or thought leadership experience in the industry is a strong plus
