VP, Early Supplier Involvement & Design-Win Strategy

Hi-P International seeks a senior leader to found and head the Early Supplier Involvement organization in Silicon Valley. This VP/Sr. Director role owns ESI strategy, hires engineers and account managers in CA and the US Northeast, and embeds Hi-P engineers in customer design reviews well before mass production.

You will drive design-win activity, coordinate cross-functional governance, and build capacity aligned with Hi-P's vertical strengths in AI hardware and consumer electronics.
