Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, compliant execution of global clinical trials. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CMO/CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Clinical Operations team, including Project Managers and CRAs.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Phase I–IV trials.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP, and other regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for clinical programs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Safety teams.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and vendor/CRO management.

Qualifications:

• MD, PharmD, or advanced scientific degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in clinical operations with leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing multi-site or global clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
