Vice President / Director – Electronic Trading Sales

Location: New York

A leading electronic trading technology firm is seeking an experienced Electronic Trading Sales professional to drive business growth across North America. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across buy-side and sell-side clients.
• Build and manage relationships with portfolio managers, traders, heads of execution and electronic trading teams.
• Drive new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
• Partner closely with Product, Quant Research and Client Services teams to deliver tailored electronic execution solutions.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and client events.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to influence product development.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years' experience in Electronic Trading Sales within equities, futures or multi-asset execution.
• Proven track record of originating and growing institutional client relationships.
• Strong network across hedge funds, asset managers and/or investment banks.
• Deep understanding of algorithmic trading, execution analytics, TCA and electronic market structure.
• Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience selling execution technology, EMS/OMS, algorithms or electronic execution services is highly desirable.
