VP/Director, Agency Operations Management Ormond Beach / Daytona Beach

We're looking for an experienced VP/Director, Agency Operations Management to lead our account management team, strategy, and growth initiatives. This role will be essential in partnering with leadership teams throughout the organization for ongoing collaboration.

• Manage, coach, and develop the commercial and personal lines account management team
• Oversee workflow management for best practices and monitor KPIs, translating them into measurable actions
• Hire and onboard high-performing team members; set goals and track performance
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams
• Build strong carrier relationships and maintain high standards of service to ensure client retention
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements

• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Deep knowledge of commercial lines insurance
• 7-10+ years of experience in commercial account management /executive
• 2-5+ years in a progressive leadership role with an independent agency/broker
• Degree in Risk Management or a related field
