Achieve is seeking a Vice President, Client Enrollments to lead a hybrid enrollment transformation across phone-led and digital channels. You will oversee a multi-site, remote organization of directors, managers and hundreds of enrollment specialists, delivering enrollment growth and strong unit economics.
You'll partner with Product, Marketing, Data Science and the contact center to design a digital onboarding flow, define governance, and align AI-enabled tools with human advisors.
