Schedule : Monday-Friday, onsite, flexible hours

What will your day look like?
- Own Digital Banking Ecosystem : Lead all digital banking platforms (online and mobile), ACH processing, card programs, and fintech/vendor relationships
- Drive Strategy & Innovation : Execute a multi-year digital roadmap focused on adoption, self-service, and enhanced customer experience
- Enhance & Expand Capabilities : Evaluate and implement new solutions including P2P and emerging fintech while optimizing performance and operational efficiency
Who are you?
- Industry Experienced: Background in banking or financial services with experience in digital banking, payments, or card programs
- Emerging or Proven Leader: Leadership experience or strong second-in-command exposure with the ability to lead teams and initiatives
- Forward-Thinking Operator: Comfortable in a regulated environment with a passion for innovation, vendor management, and digital trends
