IQVentures is seeking a strategic Vice President of Recovery Performance & Analytics to lead analytics and operational performance of our debt recovery portfolio. You will optimize first-party and third-party collections, oversee MSAs with agencies, and drive champion–challenger strategies with data-driven performance analytics.
The role requires 8–10 years in debt collections/analytics, strong SQL/SAS/Python/R skills, and MBA (preferred).
