Coalition Consulting has been retained to identify a Senior Associate / Vice President-level professional for an established commercial real estate debt investment platform.
This hire will be an integral part of the investments team, with responsibility for leading deals from initial screening, through underwriting and due diligence, to closing.
The ideal candidate will bring at least six years of experience at a bank or non-bank balance sheet lending platform, underwriting floating-rate bridge loans across all main asset classes nationally.
Additional experience assisting with debt capital markets functions such as managing warehouse / repo credit facilities is a plus.
