VP Controller — Build Public Company Finance & Compliance

NorthStar Earth & Space is seeking a VP Controller to own day-to-day accounting and external reporting for a newly public, multi-entity, multi-currency company. You will build the close process, lead SEC/CSA filings, and serve as the primary technical accounting authority in collaboration with auditors and counsel.

You will guide the transition from private to public reporting, creating an internal control environment compliant with SOX across US, Canada, and Luxembourg entities.
