VP, Clinical Operations — Ophthalmic Biotech Leader

Ray Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a visionary VP, Clinical Operations to architect and oversee the global clinical program. You will manage trials, budgets, and CROs, while building a high-performing team and ensuring GCP/ICH compliance. The role requires in-office presence in Berkeley, CA three days a week and about 20% travel.

You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and drive operational excellence across the company’s retinopathy pipeline and lead programs from early to late-stage trials.
