Responsibilities
- 1. Directs and coordinates effective processes which promote positive working relationships with the medical staff
- 2. Collaborates with the Medical Leadership to identify opportunities for physician recruitment and new patient care program development.
- 3. Determines and proposes compensation models for newly recruited providers working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer to obtain approval.
- 4. Evaluates develops and monitors service lines for volume trends and profitability; as well as gaps in service lines. Takes necessary actions to fill the gaps and grow the business.
- 5. Establishes a community presence and outreach initiatives in collaboration with the executive team; establishing access to care for those in need through our clinics.
Seeking a qualified individual with:
- Relevant 5 - 7 years experience in the field of business development/physician strategy
- Health Care Background a plus
- Master Degree or higher required
