*Assist in Managing & Building Out Accounting, Finance & Operations
*Fund Accounting
*Financial Reporting
*Budgeting & Forecasting
*Assist in Establishing Internal Control Functions & Process Improvements
*Manage & Review of the Month-End NAV Process
*Cash Management & Reconciliations
*Valuations
*Management/Performance Fee Calculations
*Partnership Allocations
*Manage Investor Capital Activities
*Client & Management Reporting
*Regulatory Filings
*Review of Daily and Monthly P&L
*Oversee Third-Party Vendors including Fund Administrator & External Auditors
*Manage Year-End Audit
*Special Projects
Qualifications:
*6 to 12 Years of Fund/Hedge Fund Accounting Experience- Ideally with a Mix of Public/Private
*CPA
*Experience with Products like Equities, Options, Swaps, & Credit Derivatives
*Enfusion Software Experience a Plus
Base Salary 225k + a Strong Bonus ~350k all in & Full Comprehensive Package. Tremendous Opportunity/Direct Path to Controller/VP Finance at this Growing $15 Billion Hedge Fund. In Office 2 days a Week/3 Days Remote
