The Opportunity
We are seeking a VP, Advisor Solutions to serve as a senior relationship leader and strategic partner for our independent financial advisor client. This role focuses on delivering proactive practice management guidance to enhance advisor productivity, profitability, and scalability.
At a Glance
- Compensation – $150,000 – $175,000 annual salary
- Location – Atlanta, GA 30345

Your Impact
- Relationship Management: Build deep, trusted partnerships with advisors and their teams as their primary strategic lead
- Business Intelligence: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of advisor business models, demographics, and growth initiatives (travel required)
- Practice Consulting: Deliver proactive counsel on business development, operational efficiency, technology, and succession planning
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Investment Solutions team to align product sourcing with advisor demand and market trends
- Firm Advocacy: Drive advisor engagement and adoption of firm initiatives, platform enhancements, and available resources
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and leadership to align firm policies with the advisor experience
- Communication Governance: Review and approve advisor-facing communications to ensure brand alignment and strategic intent
- Community Leadership: Lead the Strategic Advisory Council and foster community through workshops, webinars, and best-practice sharing
- Event & Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing to develop conference content and articulate the firm’s value proposition
- Technology Oversight: Provide strategic input on advisor-facing software and vendor relationships to maximize utility
- Cultural Leadership Contribute to a high-performance culture through collaborative thought leadership and a focus on advisor success
Must-Haves
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the securities or wealth management industry
- Industry Background: Experience with independent advisors, RIAs, or broker-dealer environments
- Credentials: FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66 (Highly Preferred); CFP or ChFC (Bonus)
- Consulting Skills: Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic business consultant with strong business acumen
- Specialization: Prior experience in practice management or relationship management leadership
