Volunteer Services Assistant

What you will do: the Volunteer Services Assistant will:

• Update volunteer positions on a monthly basis
• Assist in creating volunteer recognition materials
• Help guide volunteers through the orientation process, based on interest, including:
• Scheduling and performing pre-screening interviews, developing relationships with potential new volunteers
• Learning and organizing the new volunteer orientation process
• Facilitating orientation meetings using a PowerPoint, either online or in-person
• Collaborate with Volunteer Services Team to perform onboarding tasks for new volunteers

When:

* Weekly (Mon - Fri, between 8am - 5pm)

* 2-4 hour shifts

* Ongoing Opportunity

* 1-2x a week (depending on volunteer’s schedule)

How: In order to volunteer for this opportunity, you will need to:

Must be at least 16.
