Volunteer Programs & QA Director

Feeding Southwest Virginia seeks a Director of Volunteer Services to recruit, train, and manage volunteers for essential daily operations. You will lead the Quality Assurance function and oversee volunteer programs across multiple sites, coordinating events and partnerships with community partners.

You will develop recognition programs, maintain records, and ensure compliant practices while communicating with staff, donors, and government officials. Strong leadership and governance are essential.
