About the Opportunity
Voice Up is seeking compassionate educators, mentors, coaches, counselors, youth leaders, pastors, social workers, and other trusted adults to become Teach for Purpose Fellows.
This is more than a teaching opportunity. It is an opportunity to help children discover their voice, build confidence, develop courage, and begin identifying their unique purpose in life.
Teach for Purpose Fellows use their own experiences and life lessons to inspire and encourage the next generation through meaningful conversations and small-group learning experiences.

What You'll Do
Lead purpose-focused discussions and small-group learning experiences with children.
Share personal experiences that encourage resilience, growth, and hope.
Help children recognize their strengths, values, and future potential.
Complete the self-paced Voice Up Purpose Fellowship training program.
Teach on a flexible schedule that works for you.
Submit a simple monthly invoice for completed hours.

The Portfolio Is Not a Metaphor
What distinguishes the School for Humans Flourishing from a thousand other purpose-adjacent education programs is that its portfolios keep turning into things that exist outside the platform. The school tracks a category it calls "verified producers" participants whose coursework became something documentable from the outside, by someone with no stake in Voice Up's success. In under two years, that list has grown to dozens of names spread across more than two dozen partner institutions, which the organization keeps unnamed in its own public materials to protect the students involved. The outcomes attached to those names, described in general terms, are not the sort of thing a marketing department invents: one producer's advocacy work reached far enough to influence health-related legislation and to put them in a room with a sitting U.S. senator. Another wrote a children's book that has since been adopted into classrooms using Title I federal funding. A student in a medical program published a book on a women's health condition. A world-ranked athlete at a major university is co-developing a mental-health app. A student in a mid-Atlantic city mobilized elected officials around a community initiative. A participant working from South Asia became the anchor of the organization's first international memorandum of understanding.
