None of these three principles required an entirely new curriculum to execute, and the university does not appear to be building one. Instead, its proposed Leadership Series built around thirteen management tools drawn from the career of a mentor and executive at the affiliated behavioral health organization, whose biography anchors the first Lived Experiences volume is explicitly designed as a course series delivered inside the School for Humans Flourishing, not alongside it. The tools are a mix of the practical and the almost proverbial: Consumers First. No Negativity. The Red Wagon. Corporation as Corpus, or One Body. Peeling Back the Layers. Fine Tune. Rendered as assessed coursework rather than office aphorisms, they become the university's actual leadership curriculum, mapped against the affiliated organization's own mission statement accessible, compassionate, person-centered care that empowers each unique journey toward wellness and recovery.
