About the Opportunity
Voice Up is seeking compassionate educators, mentors, coaches, counselors, youth leaders, pastors, social workers, and other trusted adults to become Teach for Purpose Fellows.
This is more than a teaching opportunity. It is an opportunity to help children discover their voice, build confidence, develop courage, and begin identifying their unique purpose in life.
Teach for Purpose Fellows use their own experiences and life lessons to inspire and encourage the next generation through meaningful conversations and small-group learning experiences.

What You'll Do
Lead purpose-focused discussions and small-group learning experiences with children.
Share personal experiences that encourage resilience, growth, and hope.
Help children recognize their strengths, values, and future potential.
Complete the self-paced Voice Up Purpose Fellowship training program.
Teach on a flexible schedule that works for you.
Submit a simple monthly invoice for completed hours.

That distinction matters to how the school talks about the opportunity. The claim is not "look what I made." The claim is that large AI systems are increasingly hungry for a specific human skill the ability to describe a real situation with judgment, nuance, and precision and that this skill, once named and deliberately practiced, commands a premium over ordinary knowledge work. Three times the going rate is a big enough gap to notice and a small enough number to be believable, which is presumably part of why Art Fuller leads with it rather than with a bank balance.
A Workshop Built to Prove the Ratio
The school has built that premise directly into a live, public platform rather than leaving it as an inspirational anecdote. The platform, built around a free seven-week program the organization calls Time Reclaimed, opens with a short, on-camera AI interview that personalizes each participant's path through the curriculum, then moves them through weekly modules with a personal dashboard, a progress ring, and reflective activities tied to the same principles running through the rest of the School for Humans Flourishing.
