About the Opportunity
Voice Up is seeking compassionate educators, mentors, coaches, counselors, youth leaders, pastors, social workers, and other trusted adults to become Teach for Purpose Fellows.
This is more than a teaching opportunity. It is an opportunity to help children discover their voice, build confidence, develop courage, and begin identifying their unique purpose in life.
Teach for Purpose Fellows use their own experiences and life lessons to inspire and encourage the next generation through meaningful conversations and small-group learning experiences.

What You'll Do
Lead purpose-focused discussions and small-group learning experiences with children.
Share personal experiences that encourage resilience, growth, and hope.
Help children recognize their strengths, values, and future potential.
Complete the self-paced Voice Up Purpose Fellowship training program.
Teach on a flexible schedule that works for you.
Submit a simple monthly invoice for completed hours.

On the other side sits the school's own promotional material, which projects considerably more dramatic numbers of its own reductions in anxiety and depression well beyond what the independent literature would support. Those figures read as internal goals and marketing projections rather than independently verified findings, and treating them as equivalent to the externally published research would be a disservice to both. The more conservative, peer-reviewed literature is compelling enough on its own terms. It does not need the inflation.
A Curriculum With Passport Stamps
The economic argument is not confined to the American AI labor market, either, and this is where the school's ambitions start to look less like a single program and more like an attempt at infrastructure. A fiscal-sponsorship partnership formed in 2026 supports California, Medi-Cal-aligned programming an adaptation of the B Curriculum built to fit that state's behavioral health delivery requirements rather than a generic wellness framework. On the other side of the world, a newer initiative with a faith-based mission partner is translating children's books into Telugu for use at a children's home in India, coordinated with local partners on the ground. Neither project is large in isolation. Together, they suggest an organization treating "the global economy" as something more literal than a phrase in a mission statement a California state health program on one end, a children's home in rural India on the other, both running through the same curriculum architecture.
