About the Opportunity
Voice Up is seeking compassionate educators, mentors, coaches, counselors, youth leaders, pastors, social workers, and other trusted adults to become Teach for Purpose Fellows.

This is more than a teaching opportunity. It is an opportunity to help children discover their voice, build confidence, develop courage, and begin identifying their unique purpose in life.

Teach for Purpose Fellows use their own experiences and life lessons to inspire and encourage the next generation through meaningful conversations and small-group learning experiences.

What You'll Do
Lead purpose-focused discussions and small-group learning experiences with children.
Share personal experiences that encourage resilience, growth, and hope.
Help children recognize their strengths, values, and future potential.
Complete the self-paced Voice Up Purpose Fellowship training program.
Teach on a flexible schedule that works for you.
Submit a simple monthly invoice for completed hours.

The School as the Blueprint
A fellowship model with no campus is about to become the working model for an entire university. Whether that is a shortcut or the whole point depends on how much the underlying research can bear.

E very institution eventually has to decide what it is when it grows up, and the School for Humans Flourishing has already decided. It is meant to be the pilot plant for something considerably larger: a new university now taking shape alongside it, fiscally sponsored for now while it works toward independent accreditation by 2028. Its founding materials lean on the School for Humans Flourishing more heavily than on any other single piece of Art Fuller's ecosystem, treating it less as an inspiration than as a load-bearing component already installed.
Three Principles, Already in Motion
The university's three founding principles read, on close inspection, like a description of what the school has already been doing at a smaller scale. The first is to elevate the skills and leadership of people already doing behavioral health work internal staff at the affiliated behavioral health organization Art Fuller also helps run. The second is to build an innovative behavioral health career pipeline that starts in elementary school rather than waiting for graduate school, a direct institutional answer to the Naming Gap research that started this entire project years earlier. The third is to reduce public stigma through a Lived Experiences publication series naming, in print and on the record, exactly what stigma otherwise keeps people from naming out loud.
